Submit an application online AND supporting documents
Submit required documents and once all of the required documents have been received, our office manager will contact you with instructions regarding a date for testing and an interview as well as answer any other questions you may have.
Campus Tour
Parents are encouraged to contact the School Office to arrange a campus tour. These tours can be scheduled daily. Parents are invited to join us for community events throughout the year, as well as Mass on the first Friday of each month at 8:15 a.m. Please contact the school office to find out about upcoming community events.

Tuition and Financial Aid
Tuition Management System
FACTS Management is the nation’s leading tuition payment plan provider for private and faith-based schools. FACTS allows families to budget their tuition and the process is simple, convenient and secure.
All St. Mary School families must sign up to use FACTS. St. Mary School will bill and collect tuition, registration, Kids Club fees, incidental expenses, and other fees through FACTS. Enrolling online is simple and secure. This can be done on the FACTS website at https://online.factsmgt.com/SignIn.aspx . Be sure to have the following information ready in order to sign up for your FACTS account:

FACTS enrollment will be available upon receiving your FACTS invitation sent via email. Please check your email for your FACTS invitation approximately one week after your online registration is complete.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
St. Mary School is committed to making Catholic education affordable to all academically qualified students regardless of financial circumstances. To the extent that our funds permit, financial assistance is available to admitted students whose parents are able to demonstrate financial need, which is determined by a thorough evaluative process beginning with an application through FACTS .
In addition, all students entering private school for the first time may apply for the BASIC FUND.
Furthermore, families can apply to FACE - Family Aid - Catholic Education for the Diocese of Oakland
All Applications for FACE and BASIC financial aid for 2025-26 are due no later than March 31.
